I write this today, the 2nd day of February (2/2/22) and it’s well before the launch of this blog! Yet, I thought it would be neat for readers to gain a glimpse into my psyche before it’s out in the world. There’s something to be said for “anticipation”. It’s one of the most reveled feelings really- as we understand intuitively there’s going to be a “shift”, and it’s a sense of excitement- like a new job, or the joy of an upcoming vacation for example. I guess you could call it adrenaline, or an energetic jolt of knowing things will simply never be the same. The best part of going on vacation is the “daydreaming” you catch yourself in before you go… what sorts of tropical fruit will you be eating for breakfast? How warm will the ocean in another country be? Will I never want to come back? ha. We think about how it will feel when we’re actively experiencing it. So naturally, our focus on the feeling of it all produces anticipation for when we ACTUALLY arrive. We step off the plane, and feel the warmth on our back, the cool ocean breeze, the sound of music playing, the glistening in the horizon line at the sunset.

For me, this transformational journey has been life-changing, and eye opening, like un-peeling the layers of an onion, we pull ourselves away from the earlier versions of “self” that no longer exist. We sluff off the cells that aren’t a part of our soul any longer, and we step into newness, freshly peeled and ready to enter into a new reality. I’ve always known my soul was deep, and my conscious mind is ever so curious, always seeking the precious meaning in all of life. It’s the philosopher in me, that questions, and wonders, what if?

So as I welcome you all to this new experience, I invite you into a new version of Meg, one that isn’t the same as yesterday, and certainly not one of years ago. I’ve opened myself to a new level of self-awareness, compassion and love, and much of that I hope to share and inspire through my work with each of you.

To begin, I’d love to share a few of my deep thoughts as we’re mid-way into 2022:
1) Never give up on your dreams. For a minute. You’re meant to follow your heart. You are worth of receiving whatever you desire, and there is plenty to go around.

2) Align yourself ruthlessly with environments and people who SUPPORT your newfound growth. Those who understand you, every fabric of your being, and what you truly stand for. Not just convenient people and places to fill up the void.

3) Find more J O Y. Find it every day, in tiny ways, and bigger ways too. All of the moments add up to the days, that become the years, and memories of life. For me lately it’s swimming, the lightness and playfulness of being in the water, I feel more youthful and just more ALIVE !

4) Be open with your love. Be so very compassionate. Share with simple notes, words of encouragement, and acts of service. We truly have no idea what it’s like being in anyone else’s shoes. And part of being human means you’ve experienced suffering, so realize in the spirit of what our society tends to unfortunately focus on, it’s not at all what’s happening on social media or the outside, be the “inner” guide also to friends and loved ones and welcome them into your open arms. I’m a huge fan of cards!

5) Each day is an opportunity to take a step, or action towards what you’d like to manifest. Start small, and over time, the little ripples in the water begin to create a shift in momentum and all of the sudden you wake up one day, and the things you were “hoping for”, crash upon you in real-time- they arrive. Patience is a huge driver of our success, and a real testament to discipline with the stories and narratives we choose to tell ourselves and others about our lives.

6) WRITE down your deepest desires, and commit to a practice of journaling. It is the gateway and connector to your higher self. What we think about we bring out in our lives, literally. So the more focused your energy and MIND is on the things YOU DO WANT in your life, the more quickly the magnent will arrive providing! When we get stuck in the thoughts around “lack” or “what’s missing” it causes even more delay because we’re thinking about it WAY TO MUCH.

7) Relinquish control. Of everything. Of course plan, and prepare for life and all of the day to day activities and wishes, but the way in which things, people and experiences come into our life are a blessing, if we allow the opportunities to come. Releasing control and the need to feel it is fear based and does not promote balance. It also will not call in abundance naturally like “going with the flow” will.

8) SPACE is a gift. Give more of it to yourself, your loved ones, kids, and co-workers every single day. It’s underestimated and so vital to our human processing and ability to recover after a day’s work. We’re not meant to be flying through life with no time to pause, and be aware of how we’re carrying ourselves through the world.

9) It’s no use comparing yourself to ANYONE ELSE. There’s only one of you. You are a gift. You are unique. And you are here to fulfill your life purpose. We are all capable, precious beings with a whole lot to offer and the sooner you adopt and believe in yourself, you’re realize there’s no competition. And there is PLENTY to go around- jobs, material items, love, and HIGH vibration energy !

All that being said, here we go ! Wohoo! I’m so excited to bring you all along on the journey with me… Feel free to subscribe to the newsletter, which I definitely will not be spamming you with. It will be reserved for meaningful posts and announcements.
