OHHHH, these are the rituals. The things that inspire us to be our very best, each and every day!

I honestly feel these are some of my favorite parts of life, while very inward it offers a self-study to better understand what each of us truly need, at the core. For me, Morning meditation, and swimming to physically get “in the flow” with my body are a few of my favorite things to do these days. I’ve swam my way through this pandemic, one stroke at a time, literally! I started out not being able to last longer than 15-20 minutes, but i’m proud to stay in the water now most workouts for 30-40 minutes. The water is so therapeutic, and studies have shown it has an impact on our psyche, to feel light, and free, in motion, literally moving, and floating, with such effortless effort. It’s a sense of meditation and bliss that requires me to stay in the present moment, literally with my breath as I come up for air in between strokes, and feeling my body respond to each amount of life force that I inhale and exhale. I get lost in the imagination and daydreaming of life which feels needed. Our bodies really are a wonderland, and it’s so important to treat them with the upmost kindness. I also focus my swim on a “mantra” often to keep my mind focusing on positive, uplifting, high vibration thoughts.

On that note, this week aside from a swimming at the outdoor pool in Carlsbad, Northern San Diego, I’m hoping to write, read, and reflect a whole lot at the beach, connect with life after getting knocked down by covid, and allow my body to truly rest.

A few of my favorite SELF-CARE rituals are:

Gratitude is the biggest propeller of receivership and creates a stream of abundance with source if we relish in all that we have today! We all deserve so much time and transition especially after the pandemic that has forever left an undeniable imprint on us. Cheers to a peaceful, loving oneself type of week and don’t forget to carve out a little time to just “be”.

N A M A S T E !!!

xoxo,

Love Meg
